      Pergo Subscription is operated by Spruce, our company's furniture subscription division.
      What are the benefits of renting?
      • 1. It's affordable.

        Renting does not require a deposit or a high upfront payment. You can start using Herman Miller’s best selling ergonomic chairs today for as low as ฿900 per month.

      • 2. It's a trial run.

        It’s not easy finding the perfect fit. With Pergo Subscription, you have the ability to test out various models and use it for as long as you want, worry-free. We’ll take care of regular maintenance at no additional costs.

      • 3. It's easy to take care of.

        Renting is a low investment, low commitment option to improve your health and productivity with all the heavy lifting covered by us. We handle delivery, maintenance, swaps and pick-ups so you can focus on what’s important.

      • 4. It's flexible.

        Whether you decide to change your mind and swap out one chair for another, move your office while renting our furniture, or decide to end your rental term early, our subscription-based model can easily adapt to your needs. Take 3 calendar days to test out your product and return or swap an item for no extra charge. You can also cancel or adjust your subscription any time, no questions asked.

        Ergonomic and environmentally friendly: what more could you want? Renting with us means that the lifespan of a single product is extended as it is constantly being refurbished and reused, eliminating waste and overstocking. Read more about our sustainability policy here.

      How does subscription work?
      • 1. Choose a product.

        Browse our wide selection of items to find the perfect solutions for your office.

      • 2. Choose a delivery date.

        Decide when and where you want your items delivered. All we ask is that you're home for the delivery! Please contact us at least 2 business days in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup.

      • 3. Add your payment information.

        We accept credit and debit card payments for subscription orders and you can update your billing details at any time. Our team will be in contact to confirm the orders details and delivery date.

        Following the delivery, your securely stored card will be automatically charged at the beginning of every billing cycle until you wish to end your subscription.

      Are items always new?
      All items will be in like-new condition. Before products are sent out for delivery, it's thoroughly inspected, cleaned and refurbished by our expert in-house team.

      What happens at the end of my rental term?
      All great things come to an end — but they don't have to.

      Your subscription automatically renews a month from the day of delivery. You will be alerted 7 calendar days before your renewal date.

      For example, if you placed your order on the 1st, and we delivered on the 5th, "Month 1" charge will go through on the 1st (upon placing an order), "Month 2" will be charged on the 5th of the following month (and each 5th day of the month thereafter), and you will be notified on the 30th of the previous month.

      If you choose not to renew your subscription, please contact us at least 3 business days before the renewal date. We'll pick up your item for free. We're sorry to see you go!

      What does it mean that Pergo Subscription is operated by Spruce?
      To enhance our customer’s experience, Pergo Subscription is operated by the Spruce team. Spruce is CHANINTR’s business division that handles all furniture rentals, ranging office chairs to sofas, dining sets and more.
