      Why is Pergo Subscription now under Spruce?

      We’ve decided to merge Pergo Subscription and Spruce to offer the best customer experience to our subscribers. From now on, all furniture rental businesses within the company will be taken care of by a dedicated team called Spruce.


      With only one team focusing on furniture subscription, we believe we will be able to listen to our customers’ needs more closely and provide the best technology, policies, products, pricing and services.

      Do I need to take any action?

      Yes, Spruce will be contacting existing Pergo Susbcription customers about updating your credit card information as we migrate to a new and improved payment gateway called Stripe, the international standard for online payments.


      Our Terms of Subscription are slightly different to Pergo’s so we kindly ask you to review them to avoid any unexpected surprises.

      Will the pricing of my subscription change?

      No. Your monthly rental fee will remain the same. However, Spruce’s Terms of Subscriptions are different to Pergo’s and we ask you to review them upon continuing your subscription.

      How do I access my account on Spruce?

      Your Spruce account will be created automatically using the information from your Perg account. After that, you’ll receive an email with a password reset link. Simply set a new password and log in to Spruce at https://sprucesimple.com/login.
