In 2016, Naughtone entered into a strategic partnership with Herman Miller. In October 2019, Herman Miller acquired shares in Naughtone, taking ownership to 100%. Today, Naughtone remains an independent brand within the Herman Miller Group and continues to create fresh British designs on a global scale.
